Delaware Real Estate Broker State Exam Practice Test

What's on This Practice Exam

The Delaware Real Estate Broker state licensing exam consists of 50 questions and must be completed within 60 minutes, with a passing score of 70%. This practice test is designed to mirror that experience as closely as possible — so when exam day arrives, you're walking in prepared.

We offer two ways to practice:

  • Free Practice Exam: Get started immediately with 10 questions per attempt, drawn from a limited pool of free questions. There's no cap on retakes, so you can revisit the free exam as many times as you like to familiarize yourself with the question style and format before committing to full prep.

  • Full Practice Exam (Paid): This is your serious study tool. It delivers the complete 50-question exam experience within a 60-minute timed session, just like the real thing. Questions are pulled from a pool of 56+ practice questions, so every attempt generates a unique exam — you won't see the same set of questions twice. All questions are built around the official topic areas provided by the exam administrator, giving you the most relevant preparation possible.

Topics Covered

The Delaware Real Estate Broker state exam tests knowledge across five core areas, and this practice exam covers all of them:

  • Duties and Powers of the Real Estate Commission (4 questions): Covers the authority, structure, and regulatory responsibilities of Delaware's Real Estate Commission, including disciplinary powers and rule enforcement.

  • Licensing Requirements (3 questions): Focuses on the requirements to obtain and maintain a Delaware broker license, including eligibility, application procedures, renewals, and reciprocity.

  • Statutory Requirements Governing the Activities of Licensees (17 questions): The largest section on the exam. Tests your understanding of the legal obligations licensees must follow in their day-to-day practice, including disclosure rules, agency relationships, and prohibited conduct.

  • Additional State Topics (16 questions): Covers Delaware-specific real estate laws and regulations beyond basic licensing, including state contract requirements, fair housing applications, and other local statutory provisions.

  • Broker Only (10 questions): Targets knowledge unique to the broker role — supervising agents, managing a brokerage, trust account responsibilities, and the elevated duties that come with holding a broker license.

How This Practice Exam Helps

Passing the Delaware broker exam isn't just about knowing the material — it's about performing under pressure. The full practice exam's timed mode trains you to pace yourself across 50 questions in 60 minutes, eliminating the clock as a surprise on test day.

After each attempt, you'll receive a score breakdown by topic, so you can quickly see whether you need to spend more time on Statutory Requirements or brush up on Broker-specific duties. Because the full exam draws from a pool of 56+ questions with no duplicate attempts, repeated practice sessions genuinely reinforce your knowledge rather than just drilling the same questions on repeat.
